Not trying to be dumb, but that may happen. Have a friends leftover '06 Heritage parts that would be great to update a '93 Heritage. Question is will the following work. Parts are free but if a bunch of fabrication of other parts are required it may not make sense.

1) Can '06 Front Fork and laced Wheel mount up to the '93 Heritage? Advice on the conversion.

2) Can the '06 Laced Rear wheel work on the '93 Heritage?

Appreciate the advice.

Would be interesting to know the newer Wheels use sealed bearing .. but are the flanges for rotors pulley etc the same ...

Don't know when HD went to 1" axel, on the '93 you have a 3/4"axel, front and rear. I think the triple trees on the '93 will accept the '06 so if you use the '06 axel and spacers you should be OK. Someone else might give you some input on the caliper/front brake/master cylinder issue.

The first page of the Wheels section of the Parts and Accessories catalog shows the axel sizes for various year and model lines. Looks like they are only listing Twin Cam models from '00 on, however. There is also a caution against using a wheel that is not shown as compatible.

Good luck, and keep us informed. Photos for before and after are always appreciated.
