Ultima

Pretty sure most Ultima parts are manufacutred off shore. Some S&S also come from off shore manufacturers. Not sure what you are asking about the cam plate.
 
My only experience with ultima is what I've read, and that is more negative than positive. But that's the internet
 
I don’t have much experience with Ultima. I wanted to purchase it but I read so many negative articles about Ultima that I changed my time. It's up to you whether to buy this or not.

Ultima focuses on the EVO motor Are you sure they offer a cam plate and oil pump for a Twin Cam? Maybe we should have asked if you questions were EVO or Twin Cam based?

It would have been twin cam. I sold that bike and have a 2019 Road King 114!with S&S 475 cam
