turn signal problem

hey, I have a 1999 fxstc with a turn signal problem. Left signal works fine, the right side works up until I reach the speed of about 35 mph. After that it quits working until I reach the speed of 75 mph. when slowing down the signal doesn't start working until about 20 mph. any body have an idea what the problem is?
