Tuning an 08 FL

I want to learn how to do my own tunning with the factory SERT that came with my bike in 08. I want to put a 103 kit (stage 2) on it and then tune it once im done....can some one piont me in the right direction for getting as much info on this as possible. Im not looking to do anything wild, just re-map it once im done.
