TSM /TSSM PROBLEM 05 ultra

I have read about the tsm codes and have checked them, I have Checked for a pinched wire and found one and covered it. it stills gives me the code U1064, and won't start, no fuel pumps running, an no turnal signal. the security key light comes on and stays on. also when i am going through the PSSPE, the first "P" gives me "No RSP" however i do have a tach. "S" is none, "SP" is U1064 and e is none. i call mysefl checking all fuses and show good. how do i reset the TSM and where is it located and what specfic fuses should i check? if this has been asked and answered please forgive, i missed it

Does your bike have a TSM or a TSSM (TSM=no factory security). When you say that you found a pinched wire, are you saying the insulation was cut and the strands of wire were touching frame ground. Was that pinched wire going to the TSM/TSSM. IF so, what was the color of the wire that was pinched.

Clear the error log and see if another error quickly appears when you run the bike.
