Trip meter reset

This may sound stupid but i just bought a 1999 road glide and I cant figure out how to reset the trip meter. It is the mechanical type. There isnt a knob to push or turn that i can find. Any help out there? is it supposed to be in the back where the cable goes in?

Glideman,
Just left of the ignition switch there is a panel with a push button, with a rubber boot on it. when you press it, it will change between mileage and trip. On trip mode if you hold down the button I believe for 3 seconds it will reset the trip meter. After you play with it for awhile, It will be a piece of cake.
