Switched My 08 Egc To Spectro 6spd Trans Oil. All I Can Say Wow What Great Product,the Loud Clunk From Neutral To First Is Now Greatly Reduced Combined With The Fact That The Tranny Now Shifts Smoother And Neutral Is Easier To Find.have Only Put On About 25-30 Miles Since Changing,back And Forth To Work,can Only Guess Things Will Only Get Better.hopes This Helps Anybody Who Was Wondering About This Oil.

Yes, that's the primary oil.

Many options but the F+ will do a fine job. 10/30 or 10/40 will work but without friction modifiers in it. Much easier to just get the F+.
