tour-pak spoiler kit

Does any know if the tour pak spoiler kit will fit the tour pak if you have a luggage rack installed?

I have the spoiler/light kit on my tour-pak ('07 Ultra).
Doesn't interfer with my Harley luggage rack.
Also have the light/spoiler kit on my hard bags.

Usually if an item conflicts with another accessory, it's usually mentioned.
