First my son lost one bolt that holds the pouch on the front side of his tour pack, then two weeks later I lost both of mine. The washers and acorn nuts stayed on the inside of the tour pack, all we needed were new bolts. We re-installed all bolts with blue locktite. It would seem that there are those who have lost their bolts and the rest who will. Next time the tools are out, I'd recommend taking those bolts out and putting locktite on them to save the aggravation of having to get new ones.
