Tightening passing lamps?....

While out on my '93 hertitage yesterday, my right side passing lamp/turn signal loosened up. I don't see how the thing is secured.

Can someone give me a clue on securing this thing?

you posted this because you knew I had one that keeps moving and I have been to lazy to tighten it
I get to it this weekend

I was afraid if I rode it at night I'd get pulled over for spotlighting! LOL:mgun
