have an 06 fxs carb'd that stumbles pretty bad after warm on take off i think i may have a jetting problem any other ideas?

Either jetting or an intake leak would cause that. Has it always don it?

every since i bought it last summer, its strange like it comes and goes,if it were a car id think accelerater pump. it runs fine once you get going

If it's a flat bog right off idle, it sure can be the accelerator pump. I have seen,
(not on HD but on Yamaha Mikuni) where the linkage to the pump was slightly worn and the initial slack take up of linkage would create a bog right off idle. If you could be cruising at 1/4 throttle and nail it to WOT with no bog, it supports the theory of the accelerator pump not have a sufficient shot of fuel.

I have never worked on a HD carb. Just going by some metric experience.
