The pushrods are non adjustable type. The rocker covers have to come off. Once the TDC is set for front cyl. You do have to follow the same procedure as the adjustables type, in the bleed down procress. Is this the case in the process.

Yes to the installation, the rods are different colors and lengths
Pushrod Color Codes

Front Exhaust is Green

Front Intake is Yellow

Rear Intake is Blue

Rear Exhaust is Purple
