Starting Map PCIII USB

Hi,
I'm needing a map to start my tune with for the following bike.
2005 FLHTCUI
103 cubic inch--- screaming eagle 4 3/8 stroke crank
10-1 compression --3 7/8 bore
Andrews 55N cams
Screaming Eagle Heads
true dual long drag pipes that run all the way to the back of the bike.

I contacted Dyno Jet directly on their 800 number, told them my equipment and they emailed a custom map that I downloaded into my PCIII.
