Start Switch 2000 Road Glide

It looks like I'm going to have to change my start switch on the right handlebar.
Will I need to re-route the new wiring harness or can it be spliced at the bars?
 
Thanks Tank. I thought I heard you could splice the wires. When I ordered the start switch from Harley they didn't mention anything about being a pair or set of switches.
I just paid $70. for a new start switch. Even if they sell them separately is it best and easier to replace them as a set? Thanks for your input.
