Sportster Battery Side Cover

When I purchased my '05 883C the battery cover was missing. A matching pair has turned up on Ebay at a reasonable price. The description says - 'Suit 883 Sportster 04 onwards'

Sounds obvious but thought I'd check with you lot - will it fit?

I don't know if this applies to the 05's, but on the 2004 Sportsters, the battery cover pops off easily and often gets damaged as it bounces down the street,

For a quick fix, I drilled one small hole between the 2 slots at the top, and slid a plastic tie through the hole and then around the frame under the seat. This keeps the cover in place.
