Hello I am trying to install Ape Hangers on my Sportster. I need to know if you know of any websites that can explain how to do it and also how long the cables need to be... Please help!

I Dont know but when u get it done put some pics on here so that I can see how the Sporty looks with them on!! Personally not a Big Fan of them (Maybe cause im short)

Just added a set of 1" narrow glide apes to my 07 1200c.
drilled the bars myself and put the wiring internal.
you will need a new clutch cable 61" and a new 50" brake line. I have not decided on a brake line yet. but the clutch cable was ordered through drag specialties and was 36.00.

One other thing, you can get pre-made control wiring extensions in various lengths to make your modifications cleaner...see attached for one source on page 797 & 798.
