i have a 2010 street glide with a 2 to 1. can i add a vh high output or rinehart muffler to my stock headers and do i need to do a "download" to the FI system?

No, if you're adding new pipe only then the ECM will adjust. If adding full exhaust system, or stage 1 (breather) you'd need to incorporate tuner to make proper adjustments. If you do a search there are lots of posts explaining the different UG options. Nice scoot & welcome to the forum.
