sissy bar

Maybe someone can help me. I want to take the sissy bar off of my Heritage Classic, but leave the luggage rack. The sissy bar and luggage rack are held together by 4 star head screws on each side. only trouble is the threads for the screws are on the sissy bar. Does Harley make an insert to replace the space that the sissy bar takes up? Hope I explained myself where you can understand.

They don't but you could probably make one easy enough.
