Shrine model question

My '08 Ultra Classic, I just purchased turns out to be a Shrine model.
Are there any differences in the "FL Shrine" models, as opposed to the "FC" models in the Ultra Classic line?
If there are no differences, why are there "Shrine" models?
Just learning this after reading the V.I.N. breakdown in my owners manuel.

Shrine models may be purchased by an authorized Shrine member every 12 months.
Shrine models are subject to availability. These motorcycles are offered strictly to active Shrine members who must verify current membership. Contact your local Harley-Davidson dealer for additional information.
* FLSTC and FLSTF models are only available in the U.S.
