Screamin Eagle Exhaust

Ok lets move on... EXHAUST..I would like to up grade my exhaust to a screamin eagle for my 2008 UC. I know they have legal and non-legal set ups for my bike. Does anything add much HP. and MPG. I don't want my neighbors to get piss off every time I come down the road either. I know sound can be safer, but I like to be able to hear myself think also. Lets talk...

i have the Screamin Eagle slip-ons and a high flow air filter on my 08 flhrc had to have the feul system re-maped the bike was way to lean but since i have had it done the bike runs cooler and mpg seems to be close to the same but it has more power and runs smoother
