Spent the last 6.5 hours riding to Sarasota and back. this is my first real road trip with black betty since I intalled the stage 1 kit. i gotta say I wished I installed this three years ago. the bike ran noticeably cooler. Ambient temputure was high 80s today, riding at 70mph for mile after mile bike never got hotter than 230..she's never ran that cool on the highway. the real test came when we got to Sarasota and stuck in traffic. Bike finally went into heat management while stopped at the third traffic light. Prior to stage 1 it would have been immediately after getting off the highway. She definately likes this stage 1. Still gonna install an oil cooler before summer.
