Rotation of tires

Hi, Just got our bike. When I was cleaning it up I noticed that the rotation arrow was different on the front tire than on the back tire.Will this cause us a problem?

Idiots did that on my car. The tires are also directional and they had rotated them side-to-side.

I was lucky...the back tires are a different size than the front. Good thing they didn't rotate back-to-front.
