I watched it live new year's eve. The dude ripped his left hand open on the drop, I mean ripped from inside his thumb all across his palm.
 
Don't know. If I had to guess I'd say when he landed with all that force and held on so tight to the grip it just ripped. The throttle hand prolly gave a bit.

Who wouldn't want a Deluxe.All that retro styling with smooth profile rims and visored lights?Without that arrogant brashness and "in-your-face" styling and attitude of those pesky Fatboys?:reyes

Just remember,they dont have the cornering clearance of a Fatboy.
