Eperienced a grinding noise in primary case, close to starter. removed the primary cover all clean, no shavings, no broken parts. suspected starter was engaging sporadically (rebuilt) installed new HD starter. reassembled, with minor adjustment to chain tnsioner. But when starter button is pressed, just a single "click." No heavy drag on battery (new) concerned i overtightened bolt on jackshaft in primary case? what did i do wrong?
