Road King and Fat 50

Today I ordered a 21" Fat 50 wheel for my road King. On the way home I got to thinking that my brake rotors will cover the majority of the wheel. Is there a kit to put smaller rotors on or how do I go about changing so I only have one rotor instead of two?

You could start here, but remember the smaller surfaces will not equal better braking over all, nor do they dissipate heat as good IMO
