Have a road king I purchased in 2008 but have no manual.
Is the battery under seat and best way to access.
Washed bike and it started right up but later it would try but got a clicking sound and wouldn't fire up. I think its the battery.
Thanks donsart

Well, first things first. Welcome to the site from Orygun. Second, yes the batter is under the seat. Third, if it has never been changed, then it's time to change it out anyway. And/or, it could be just a loose terminal nut and just needs to be tightened up.

Just in case you need a new battery I picked one up for my Road King at batterymart.com for 86 bucks including shipping. It is a gel battery that is totally sealed and it came charged up, delivered in three days. That was the best deal I could find.

The best 50-60 bucks you will ever spend will be on the service manual for your bike

+1 on the manuals for your bike. Use Zanottimotor.com one you have the harley part numbers for almost 25% off regular dealer pricing. Good luck with your new scoot.
