anyone out there near mooresville nc what to talk about riding or just getting together please let me know

You could always check the CMA (Christian Motorcycle Association) website to see if they have a local chapter near you. The chapter I belong to has 1-2 rides every month. My chapter rides mostly back roads rather then interstates and the rides always end up at an eating establishment.

The chapter I belong to has various brands of bikes. Haven't heard any comments that you don't ride a bike unless it's a X brand. Several woman in the chapter have their own bikes rather then riding on the back with their husbands. They do a lot of charity work, reaching out to teens, other bikers who had accidents and need help, etc. Some chapters are more active then others having rides every month. I've only had my bike since July after not riding for 19 years, so it is a good place for me to find people to ride with.
