The reverse stopped working on my 11T/G, So I pulled the motor [reverse/starter] I took it a part and the brushes are worn/cumbering . Does anyone know where I can get them, Seems like they only come with a new motor.. I can get brushes for any starter except the reverse motor.

Sorry it took me so long to reply. I pulled the motor and took it over to
;Middlesex Armature Service;
1155 St Georges Ave.
Colonia NJ 07067

They put in new brushes with the plate and a new armature while I waited,
Took less than a half hour, Charged me only 95dollars..
So far it's working... :majesty

Don't know if you been in their shop? But it reminded me of what a ''real'' repair shop looked like back in Brooklyn, In the 50's, . Very refreshing to find someone who rebuilds starters and not just replaces them!

They are nice people(good work). Very similar to the kind of shop my uncle owns in Elizabeth. Larry's Generator VERY old school shop.
Good Luck
Maybe Ill see you on the road, as I often ride in to work on nice days.
