hello from sunny-ah,rainy-florida!. I have a deluxe with stock pipes and the guy's at work say I can remove the baffles to get a deeper sound out of them. question- how would that effect my warranty, prefoamance? TNX and goodbye from sunny..:bigsmiley22:, (EDIT) did it again.

The stock baffles are not removable without damaging them. If you remove them or punch through the middle of the core plug , the sound is not a pleasant one and the bike will run poorly loosing bottom end.
 
Hobbitt or Glider what would you recomend for a stock 883? I am wanting a deeper and louder sound without having to do an all out stage 1 right now. Money as you know is a little tight at this time. Thanxs
 
All view, keep your stock takeoff alone, and store them away as you will need them if the EPA, Fed, State or Local laws require mandated vehicle inspections for noise or A/F mixture.
