Remove engine from frame

Originally I thought I had defective head gasket. That got me thinking on how am I going to remove the engine to fix this.

So how much does a 80 CC EVO weigh and is there anything I can use to remove the engine from the frame other than my back or friends.

I changed my h/g w/ engine in frame. & i have removed several evo engines they are not as heavy as shovels. i removed out rt side one person can do it..

Replace the cylinder studs when you do the build and check the deck for cracking:s

It is no big deal to remove. One guy can do it easily. Drain it, obviously. And if you strip the top end, it is a piece of cake.

But you don't NEED to remove it unless you want to or you are gonna split the case.
