Rear Tire on a 2006 Electra Glide

What is the widest you can go on a 2006 stock rim for an Electra Glide. Also what is the standard tire size for the rear rim?

2006 Electra Glide rear rim is 3.00. Try putting a finger between the belt guard and tire. There's not enough room to go bigger with tires, without mods.

Verify it in your owners manual but a MU85-16 should be it.....
Just be sure to get the proper load rating for best performance.
