BikeSAG Active Member Aug 17, 2010 #1 OK, I searched and could not find an answer so here goes what I hope is a simple question: How wide of a tire can I put on a stock FLSTC rear wheel? Current tire size is the 150/80 Dunlop. Got 25,000 miles on two rear tires, pretty good I guess.

HDDon Experienced Member Contributor Retired Moderators Aug 17, 2010 #2 Did you take a look at the wheel and tire size chart in the self help section? Looks like for your bike you can fit up to an 18X4.25 rim and up to a 18X160/60 tire.

E evomojo New Member Aug 28, 2010 #4 Remove belt replace with chain and you can go 180 kinda pricey with parts I use Metz 880 mu85
