The rear pulley bearings went out on my 08 FLTR this weekend. I took it to the Harley dealer in Bellemont, AZ just outside of Flagstaff and they fixed my bike pronto so I have good recommendations for Grand Canyon HD in Bellemont, AZ :bigsmiley12:. They said that the 08 had a history of bearing failure in the rear pulley and that HD changed manufactures and the new bearings should be a better product. I would suggest that you make sure to have the bearings inspected every time you get the tires changed.
