Rear cylinder running lean

On my 2003 ultra, 95", flat top pistons, andrews 27g cams, s/e cnc heads and power commander 11, I have richened the mixture with the buttons and still have the rear cyclinder running quite a bit leaner than the front. I got a map from Jamie/fuel moto and I had to richen the mixture with the buttons because he did not have a map for my exact need. Should I start over with a new map or any other suggestions?

I would first check for an intake leak on that cylinder, from there you can start over or contact Jamie if you are unsure of the adjustments for cylinder VE.

Thanks, Glider. Would I have some other symptoms if I had an intake leak?

You may get some popping back at times but with the Delphi injection systems they can run decent with a pretty good sized leak.
