1200 sportster not running on both cylinders. Rear doesnt seem to be getting fuel. Checked and replaced vacume lines. New plugs, plug wires, treated fuel in tank. Used carb cleaner and it helped a bit. Plug wire has fire to it. Not sure where to go from here.......Thanks!

Any other mods to engine, check compression is intake valve stuck is it back firing

As both cylinders are fed by the same carb and manifold then it would point to a problem with the rear cylinder but a leak on the rear cylinder/manifold seal may result in a very weak mixture to that cylinder after that i would be doing a compression test

Rear doesnt seem to be getting fuel.

What symptom(s) is giving you this indication. What makes you think the rear cylinder is not firing.
You pull the front plug wire and the engine flat out dies?

As Jack said, a compression test is in order.

Thanks guys for responding. Turns out the exhaust valve is stuck open. Not sure yet why, still tearing it down.....
