Have you checked for codes? That would be the place to start.

Have you checked the wiring at the rear injector? Try the wiggle test on the rear injector wire, they have been known to break or crack and not send a signal to the injector.

I'd think that would show as a code if you check your codes.

My guess would be yes if it had a bad temp sensor JMO
