bought a 1984 tour glide classic (somewhat disassembeled). un sure of the wiring for the starter/solenoid as to what wire goes where. A picture or diagram would sure be helpful. thanks
 
i dont have one but i am sure someone does and will give you a hand...welcome to the forum
 
Usually the + battery cable goes to the top(large) lug of the solenoid. The large lower lug goes to the starter motor. Both are battery cable size. The middle lug is for the wire from the starter relay. It's maybe a 16-14 ga. wire
