Question Re: Posting images

I just posted 4 photos that I took at Sturgis. It's the first time I've posted images and I compressed them using Microsoft Office Picture Manager to comply with the size requirements of the forum. This unfortunately resulted in slightly fuzzy thumbnail sized images. How do I resize a photo to comply with the size requirement while also maintaining sharpness? Thanks.

the pics you posted have come out ok they only compress down and when you actually click on the image it expands and comes out fine - nice pics by the way specially the chop that looked like a rocker with right side drive
