problem with weak front brake pressure

i just put a new springer front end on with 4" risers and 12" hangers and put on all new cables/lines. the front brakes have very little stopping power and the lever pulls pretty much all the way back to the grip. i've already done the obvious=bleed the line(more than once), check for leaks etc. could it just be a (EDIT) product(brake lever)? would changing the springs in the lever help? any suggestions? thanks, aaron

1+ for Hobbit...air in the lines is probably causing the low lever pull...the only other thing is somehow you may have contaminated fluid from something in the new parts you put on (new hoses should be flushed with fresh brake fluid before installation), or you may have used incompatible brake fluid/solvents when you refilled and re-bled the system, or when you changed the front end, dimensionally something is not right with the rotor, caliper swept surfaces/alignment.
