Plug Wires

I was looking at a coil online to day and it reads that I can only use carbon core resistor type plug wires. Can anyone tell me where to go because most of what I see available is spiral wound?

Carbon plug wires are the most common OEM wire there is. Here is the NGK fact page explaining it.

Most of what is sold as spiral wound are carbon resistor. Key is description words that say "compatible with modern electronic ignitions".
