I go tomorrow to try to get financing for a new house which is much needed. I haven't been on the forum in a while because our old house(trailer) is falling apart. Between the floods from the shotty plumbing and the rodent eaten wiring we need this. As of last week we don't sleep in the house we sleep in my parents 5th wheel because the lights blink on and off if you step in the wrong place. So for fear of an electrical fire we kill the power to the back section of the house and vacate at bed time. The kicker is we needed to live here while the new house got set up, now it is more of an emergency deal. All the problems began after we put a deposit down on a new modular. We need all the thoughts and prayers we can get. Thank you!
