I have a problem with the right side crankcase which has a crack, and I want to know if I can pair my good left side crankcase with another one from another engine that I plan to buy.
My engine is a 1999 Night Train.

If you get a TC88B set of cases they should work. TC88 will not work because of the balancer in the left case of the TC88B. You may need to re-line bore the 2 halves. I would check the fitment prior to placing the crank in, it has to be out anyway for the line boar.

It is an Evolution engine 80 ci and the donor engine is an evo also.
They will fit perfectly?
 
Very true. I looked at the '99 as 1st. year of the TC88, but it didn't click as to last year of the EVO in the Soft Tails. My Bad. You would still need to check alignment. Pinion bearings & race have different colors for fitment.
