As others have said, MOCO does not mail them...but they may be had at ANY "self respecting" H-D dealer really does want you to have one...most retail sales are walk in...though Internet sales are rising.
The fact is many H-D people are "traditional" who buy something...just "LIKE" to shop at Bricks & Mortar establishments to see, touch and size...even before using the Internet AFTER finding that special something they see in that P&A catalog.
