Does anyone know what these bolts are for? And why would someone bolt a plate on them? Engine manual shows the holes, but no bolts. I looked at tons of online photos and some have bolts in the holes and some don't. None have a plate on there. The plate on mine isn't attached to, or holding anything. Thanks for any help!
