P0113 help

I have a 2008 ultra classic electra glide and its giving me a P0113 code(P0113 IAT Sensor Voltage Open / High) IAT is the intake air temp sensor? where is it located at? is it the sensor that looks like a MAP sensor? I replaced it but I still have that code and wont clear so im guessing it wasnt the right one. also seems that my battery is no good at all so ill be replacing that also.

Welcome aboard from Gulf Coast AL.
A bad battery can cause a lot of problems, so replace it first then proceed to do diagnostics if the error code is still there.

I may be wrong but on some cars the intake air temp is part of the mass air flow sensor.
I would recommend cleaning it with a mass air flow sensor cleaner you can get from a part store, clear the code and see if it returns.
