P&A Fuse 20 amp keeps Blowing

Hello,
I have a 2016 RG CVO Ultra with 20K miles. The P&A 20amp Fuse (which controls volume and other accessories) keeps blowing every time during the ride or when I turn the ignition off. The service technician thinks it is a short, but is having an issue locating the short. Anyone ever had this issue?

Most common cause of a blown fuse is a short. I feel your pain trying to find it, be patient.

A wild guess , but pull the P&A relay , and see if fuse still blows!. Check also the connector of the batterie-tender, since this is also connected to this fuse !.
Then also the wires to the P&A connector , which is under the seat I suppose.
And the purple wire to the ACC -switch , all in the same circuit.
Maybe a good start to rule things out !.
