Oregon Riders ?

Hello all. Need some info. Left Calgary to Kelowna, then to Castlegar, then to Missoula Montana, then to Boise Idaho. Had a beautiful ride from Boise to Eugene Oregon through Mackenzie. Heading out tommorow to Florence then North up the Pacific Highway. Montana riders I loved the Saw tooth Mountains, big smilely here. )))

Any good passes or day trips along the coast.???????? as I travel up to Portland ?????. Will check in, in the morning. Thanks all. It is Sat June 27, 09. )))))))))

Oh Boy!......where to start?

There are so many attractions and sites to see all along hwy 101 I don't know where to start.

My wife and I have been along the entire route but frequently make day trips to the coast on the northern roads. I suggests stopping at all of the historical sites and waysides. Have a camera handy.

We recently found a beautiful day ride from the Portland area to Astoria via hwy 202 through Mist and Vernonia. Not much traffic but scenic.

Did you stop by the lava flow when you went over the Mckenzie?

My state map shows the scenic byways, we try to travel those when we can.
