On the road again

Hey everybody,
Just started riding again. Own a 2020 FLHT Standard. Sold my motorcycle in '89 ... it was a '65 Panhead ... I cried.
I turned 66 in Nov. and am loving being back on the road. Having straddled a '65 I'm not accustomed to the new technology so I'm playing catch-up. A real head scratcher is the trigger switch separating A/B trips, present milage and so forth. Why don't/didn't I read my owner manual you ask? I did, cover to cover but failed to find operating instructions or, being an old fart, maybe I completely missed it!
I'd appreciate it if someone could/would walk me through the process as my motorcycle is nearing the 1000 mile check in maintenance and I don't want to miss it.
Thanks in advance,

Welcome from Wisconsin.Your sales person should have explained controls for You.Time and usage will be the best teacher.

Welcome
When you go in for the service ask them to go over all the switches operations.
I was so excited on the day I got mine most the info flew right over my head.
