noisy primary chain

I have a 08 EG with 3600 miles. The primary chain has started getting noisy are i should say rattling. Does anyone know how to adjust it? The 08's son't have an inspection cover. I know the oldeer modles had an inspection cover & you could tighten the chain. You can hear it when you accelerate and when going over bumps you can hear it rattle.
