Picked up my 08 FXDB a month ago.

After reading this site a lot I made some modifications.

Added a Thunderheader, Ness Big Sucker, and Dobeck TFI and then a bunch of cosmetic items to mix and match the black on chrome, such as mirrors, covers, etc.

Put a fork bag up front on top for my clear goggles and such but it likes to flap in the wind. Any ideas? I was thinking some velcro to hold it in place.

Learned a lot just lurking here. Love the new bike! Been street riding since 89 and this is my first Harley if you can believe that. I didn't know what I was missing.

Welcome to The forum, good looking scooter ya got there:s

eb07, Nice ride! I had a similar problem on my 2007 FXD. I did use double sided velcro by cutting 2 small slits a bit lower on the rear of fork bag aligned with each of the fork tubes. I then slide a loop of velcrow through on each side and you really don't notice them. Flapping gone!
